Can Any Real Estate Agent Share Commissions With Buyers? YES, WE CAN.
Many companies have a high overhead and extra-expenses that do not allow them to share commissions with Buyers. We cut to the bones and you are the winner.
We are giving $500 (five hundreds dollars) from our commissions to any Buyer that buy any house with any company through us, houses from $50.000 to $99.000 and any house above $100.000 we give 1% of the house price.
If you buy a home through us and the final price is, for example, $250.000 , we pay you $2.500 (two thousand five hundred dollars), just because you chose us to represent you.
We give cash back at the closing following the Real Estate Commission guide lines:
Whenever we receive at least 2.5% in commission from the listing company;
Whenever your bank, if financing is involved, allows it;
